Customized Japanese Cooking Class at Aki Home Visit Japan

Are you interested in learning how to cook homemade Japanese dishes? This lesson will teach you how to create your own Japanese dishes to wow the folks back home. Even Japanese people, will find new recipes and techniques that they’ve never tried before.

The main ingredient this time is tofu. We all know how nutritious tofu is but what can you do with it beside throwing some cubes in your soup or pouring sauce on top? Lots!

For starters, we’ll make tofu dip, served with with cooked vegetables, then cold tofu soup.

The main dish will be tofu hamburger and teriyaki tofu on rice . . . kind of like gyudon but tofu instead of beef.

For desert, we’ll make a rare cheesecake flavored tofu cake. So good!
